need, we created the A-Team, a blended support program, which offers
our loan officers assistance, coaching and the training that’s essential
to their growth and success here at AAG. Working remote can offer up numerous
challenges for our loan officers. However, with our dedicated team of professionals
behind them, we can remove those challenges and turn their attention towards
changing the lives of their clients.
