BEFORE YOU ENROLL:
Is your doctor, dentist or hospital in the Cigna network? Cigna’s online directory makes it easy to
find who (or what) you’re looking for.
Go to WWW.CIGNA.COM:
» Click on FIND A DOCTOR at the top of the home page
» Click “Plans through your employer or school”
» Enter your location
» Select the plan from those noted below on the drop down
» Enter physician name (last name, first name)
» Click Search
» Select one of the plans offered below:
Medical Networks
HMO (OAP IN): Cigna Open Access Plus, OA Plus, Choice Fund OA Fund
PPO (OAP): Cigna Open Access Plus, OA Plus, Choice Fund OA Fund
HSA: Cigna Open Access Plus, OA Plus, Choice Fund OA Fund
Dental Networks
DPPO – High Option: Cigna DPPO Advantage/ Cigna DPPO
DPPO – Low Option: Cigna DPPO Advantage/ Cigna DPPO (then filter by DPPO Advantage)
Vision Network
