● Timings
○ The day’s timings are as follows:
■ Pre-school and Reception: 08:50 to 15:15
■ Year 1: 08:40 to 15:15
■ Key worker children: 08:30 to 15:15
■ Year 6 : 08:30 to 15:15
○ Any parents needing to drop off multiple children will be able to do so, and children will be
supervised if they need to arrive early, leave later than the timings as listed above.
○ There is no option for before or after school care. Similarly, there will be no clubs for the second half
of the Trinity term.
○ Staffing may be different compared to a normal term.
● Curriculum
○ The current distance learning curriculum will be in place for the present time providing a range of
lessons.
○ The children will remain within their classroom environment for the majority of their time in school.
● Staffing
○ A minimum number of staff that are required in school will be present on site. Wherever reasonably
possible, staff should continue to work from home. Staff who come into school will work in isolation
as much as possible, and keep the recommended two metres apart when needing to interact with
colleagues. Class teachers will remain with their classes in the Pre-School, Reception and Year 1. In
Year 6, specialist teachers will be used but the timetable will be adjusted to minimise the
changeover of teaching staff throughout the day.
● Personal Hygiene
○ Sanitising gel will be available in classrooms and all children will be actively encouraged to wash
their hands regularly especially before eating.
○ All desks will be wiped down regularly throughout the day, especially before eating. The short
breaks between lessons will provide time for children to wash their hands, while the desks are also
being wiped down.
○ To prevent cross contamination, where possible, all children will be encouraged to bring in their own
pencil cases with all equipment required - pencils, ruler, eraser, colouring pencils, protractor and
other Maths equipment for Upper School.
