● End of Day pick up
                       ○ A specific time to pick up an individual child or children will be communicated to parents. Parents
will pick up the child without needing to get out of their car. A label with the family surname will be
provided to the family to position on the underside of the sun visor of the car, which can be put
down by the driver on approach. This will enable staff to bring forward the child, the staff member
can then assist the children to get into the vehicle if needed. To avoid a queue going onto the main
road, cars will be directed through the car park at pick up.

               ● Parent access to premises
                       ○ Parents are not to leave their cars when accessing the school site, unless under exceptional
circumstances, or with direct permission from the Headmistress.
                       ○ Parents wishing to contact members of staff should contact their class teacher/Form Tutor in the
                          first instance.

               ● Uniform
                       ○ Cottage children will wear their normal summer uniform for coming into school. All other year
groups will be asked to wear sports kit to minimise the risk of spreading germs. This is to be washed
                          as frequently as possible.

               ● Lunch and snacks
                       ○ Children will bring in their own water bottles as per usual, as there will be no access to the water
fountain. All water bottles should be thoroughly washed at home on a daily basis. In addition,
packed lunches and snacks are to be provided by parents. Packed lunches are not shared and must
not include nuts. As much as the weather permits, the consumption of snacks and food will take
place outside, in their class groups. If children must stay indoors to have lunch, they will do so in
                          their own classroom.

               ● Social distancing
                       ○ Children, and staff, will be mindful of the government guidance on social distancing and these are to
be adhered to, wherever reasonably possible. Children will be kept separate in their classes to
minimise the risk of spreading infection, and close control will be kept on visits to the toilet and use
of school facilities. With the exception of a couple of specialist subjects, the children will remain in
one classroom for the duration of the week.
