Do you like gym class? Why do we need it? Gym class is very important for you.

First, you get exercise. It makes you healthy. And it gives you energy. For example,
running is good for your legs. It makes them strong. Push-ups build muscles in your
arms. Swimming helps your muscles. And it‟s good for your heart.

Exercise helps your mind, too. For example, playing basketball teaches teamwork.
You need to work together. You also need to pay attention to the game.

Gym class is very good for your body and mind.
