Beyers’s Island, Geelhoutbos River mouth

Description: A small island off the mouth of the Geelhout-
bos River where Scott Hut is located. At spring low tides
Beyer’s Island is separated from the mainland by a shallow
stretch of water but access by wading is sometimes
possible.
