GOING FOR GOLD IN PARK CITY, UTAH
FDCC 2025 ANNUAL MEETING
By Tiffany M. Alexander & Lee Hall
Mark your calendars now for the
2025 Annual Meeting at the luxurious
Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah
from July 28, 2025 – August 2, 2025.
Nestled in the breathtaking Wasatch
mountains of Utah, and just a short
drive from the Salt Lake City airport,
Park City offers an unparalleled
backdrop for the Annual Meeting.
This magical mountain town is the
home of the 2002 and 2034 Olympics,
Olympic Park and Training Facility,
Sundance Film Festival, and endless
outdoor adventure.
According to President Heidi Goebel,
people come to Park City for Winter
but stay for the Summer. With
average highs of 82 and almost no
rain, Park City is a perfect site for a
late summer family vacation. So,
gather your troops and prepare for
adventure. Park City is brimming
with activities that cater to all ages.
Soar above the mountains in a hot
air balloon, zipline over the valleys,
or test the over 400 miles of trails on
foot, bike or horseback. Want more
adventure? Fly down the bobsled
track at Utah’s Olympic Park or brave
the mountain coaster. If you are
looking for a more relaxed pace, no
worries! Park City will not disappoint.
It is the ultimate foodie destination,
with fabulous restaurants, wine bars,
galleries, history museums, and the
nationally recognized High West
Distillery, all set in “The Prettiest
Town in America.” Twice voted “Best
Town in America,” Park City checks
every box.
To relax and reboot, simply return to
the Stein Eriksen Lodge, a lavish
Forbes Five-Star hotel and spa, with
a coveted spot on the Forbes List
for the Most Luxurious Hotels in the
World. The guest rooms are spacious,
relaxing and invigorating, all with
an unmatched view and world class
amenities. In addition to the Stein
Eriksen Lodge, we have obtained
additional rooms at its companion
hotel next door, the Chateaux at
Deer Valley, which despite its 4 star
rating, features a room rate that
is unprecedentedly low for 2025.
