VISUAL PRESENCE/ COMFORT HOW IS IT CRUCIAL?
The feeling and comfort of the cap is an extremely crucial part to my cap, I will need me cap to create a sense of happiness when put on and create an inclusive aura so that the user feels like they are apart of their club, creating a sense of belonging, this will help the user to become more enthused with their group.
COST
HOW IS IT CRUCIAL?
The overall cost of my product has to be profitable from all the materials and attachments otherwise my project will be unrealistic.
CHIN STRAP
HOW IS IT CRUCIAL?
For the chin strap that I will be using it will be a lot more affective than the current designs tie mechanism, it will also have to be comfortable and with the ear hole i will fill with a air hole material to stop any defects with hearing. This will also protect their ears from the sun and keep sand from getting into the cap.

I will do this by using the opinions of my surf lifesaving club to identify the feelings that i will display in my cap and also the comfort of my cap, I will change the material to the most conforming fabric I can use without harming any other traits to my cap to keep the user happy.
