Community Service Equalizes
Projects that benefit the community are also equalizing activities. Perhaps involve staff in causes that directly affect them. Some examples might be food banks and pantries, tutoring programs, day-care centers, veteran support groups, religious and cultural organizations, hospitals and other specific local neighborhood or community activities.
