Communication
Vibrant life in the household means there’s a lot going on, so communication is vital. We recommend some kind of daily meeting with all household staff, or “huddle” as they call
it at Perham Memorial. This is the time to decide the duties of the day and whop will do them, including who will lead daily home life activities with householders.
Staff Learning Circle Questions
Are we communicating successfully? Does anyone have any examples of us “missing the mark?” Are we having effective meetings as often as we should?
