Biography
Dr. Fields has worked for Toyota Motor
Manufacturing, West Virginia for more than 23 years
in a variety of roles and responsibilities. Dr. Fields is
currently on a dispatch assignment to Hino Motor
Manufacturing where he is the Vice President of
Manufacturing Services overseeing Quality Control,
Kevin D. Fields, DEL, P.E. Quality Engineering, Production Control, Production
Adjunct Professor Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, Machine Shop,
kevinfields@ucwv.edu and Projects.
A native of Parkersburg, WV, he holds a bachelor’s
Education degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia
Doctor of Executive Leadership – University of University (WVU), a master’s degree in Strategic
Charleston Leadership from the University of Charleston (UC)
Master of Science in Strategic Leadership – and a doctorate degree in Executive Leadership UC.

Licenses Virginia. Dr. Fields supports college recruiting and
co-op mentoring at Toyota. Dr. Fields is on the
