Organizational Leadership Faculty
Biography
Mr. LaAsmar retired as an insurance marketing
executive. He served as the President and CEO of
Producer’s Wealth Spring for 12 years. In this
leadership role, he was responsible for the training of
more than 1,000 financial services professions on the
ethical growth of their practice and he spoke regularly
at national conventions on topics related to this
pursuit.
He also served as the principal of the Platinum
Strategy Group for 20 years. In this consultancy role,
his firm guided agency redesign efforts to address
