Advanced KAI Practitioner. I currently hold an
advanced certification as a Kirton Adaption-
Innovation Practitioner. This certification course
involved 36 contact hours of instruction on theory
and practice of administering the KAI and use of
the corresponding theory in interpreting KAI
results for people around the globe associated with
academia, military, and business.
