               writings of 2008 to contest the master and apprentice
               approach of educational higher education and explore
               andragogy and stewardship. Newton’s (2019) Steward
               Facilitation Impacts on the Plexiformation of Leaders
               dissertation shares how that charge of stewardship
               was accepted by the University of Charleston
               Leadership Program before presenting the ORGL
               program research. The quantitative, cross-sectional
               study of the UCWV undergraduate leadership
               program found correlative evidence supporting how
