6.1 STRUCTURAL REPAIR
We specialize in external modification for structural strengthening, which typically
involves adding strengthening materials beneath the existing slab. While this
approach is cost-effective, it may reduce the usable headroom, a factor we carefully
consider in our planning.
Our external strengthening methods encompass a range of materials, including
structural steel beams, post-tension cables, and advanced composites like carbon
fiber cloth or strips. We strategically combine these materials to optimize their
effectiveness in each application.
