The usability of the application's features received a good rating,
averaging at 4.37. The distribution of replies indicated that no respondents
scored at the lowest levels (1 and 2), while 2 responses were recorded at
level 3, 15 at level 4, and 13 at the highest level (5). The application's user-
friendliness was evaluated and received an average score of 4.47,
indicating a very favourable reception. There were no replies indicating a
score of 1 or 2, one response suggesting a score of 3, fourteen responses
indicating a score of 4, and fifteen responses indicating a score of 5.
In addition, the application's efficacy in enhancing comprehension of
stroke and its associated risks had an average rating of 4.4. The distribution
of answers included no ratings of 1, one rating of 2, three ratings of 3,
twelve ratings of 4, and fifteen ratings of 5. Finally, the application's user
interface was evaluated for its intuitiveness in navigating and retrieving
information. It received an average score of 4.37, with no scores of 1 or 2,
3 replies with a score of 3, 13 responses with a score of 4, and 14 responses
with a score of 5. These findings indicate that users are very satisfied with
the application's user-friendliness and interface design.
iii. Behavioural Intention (BI)
This section presents the results from the behavioural intention section of
the survey, which assesses the likelihood of users employing the web
application for managing their stroke risk and recommending it to others.
Table 5.6 provides a summary of the responses collected from this specific
section of the survey.
