4.2.5 Data Dictionary

The data dictionary functions as a reference tool, providing comprehensive
explanations of each column in these datasets to guarantee clarity and

uniformity in data interpretation and analysis.

i. Stroke Global Mortality Dataset

The subsequent section of the data dictionary provides a

comprehensive description of the variables that are necessary for the
Stroke fatality Dataset. This dataset includes information on stroke

fatality rates in different nations. Each statistic, such as country name,

year, stroke mortality rate, population, country code, and the number
of daily smokers for both men and females, is painstakingly stated to

help in understanding the breadth and nature of the data. Table 4.4

illustrates the data dictionary of the datasets.
