4. A duly signed and stamped Tender Document must be submitted in softcopy (word document and PDF files), with email subject Tender Title and Tender No. and email to tender@sedcenergy.com by 12.00 noon on 23rd July 2021 (Friday). Late and/or incomplete submissions will be rejected outright.
5. SEDC Energy Sdn. Bhd. does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender or to assign any reason thereof. Only tender submissions by authorised signatory/ signatories of the tendering firms/ companies shall be considered.
