and presented the funds to Nacho Holtz on Saturday.

The travel team generously donated $2,100 (plus 1850 pesos) to the Acolman Hospital
project (and an additional $1,000 pledge was made). The cash was given on Tuesday
evening to David Carranza, who will get the fund to Elvira’s club. We have asked that the
club work with the hospital to determine the best use for these funds and later advise us
how the funds were used. The funds came from the first $800 raised for the school kids
gifts (a pre-arranged plan that did not happen), $800 plus pesos contributed on the bus
after the hospital tour, and a $500 cash match.
