Pleasant Words from the Gospel






                   Brothers, stop thinking like children. In regard to evil be infants,
                   but in your thinking be adults. (1 Corinthians, 14:20)


                   Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is
                   right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is ad-
                   mirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about
                   such things. (Philippians, 4:8)

                   And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward
                   love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as
                   some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another
                   and all the more as you see the Day approaching. (Hebrews, 10:24-
                   25)

                   ... Set your hearts on things above [those things that are valuable

                          in God's Sight]... Set your minds on things above [in
                                      God's Sight], not on earthly things. (Colos-
                                                 sians, 3:1-2)
