                ence, which leads to righteousness? But thanks be to God that,
                though you used to be slaves to sin, you wholeheartedly obeyed
                the form of teaching to which you were entrusted. You have

                been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteous-
                ness. (Romans, 6:16-18)

                For I can testify about them that they are zealous for God, but
                their zeal is not based on knowledge. Since they did not know
                the righteousness that comes from God and sought to establish
                their own, they did not submit to God's righteousness. (Ro-
                mans, 10:2-3)

                Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way:
                in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses; in beat-

                ings, imprisonments and riots; in hard work, sleepless nights
                and hunger; in purity, understanding, patience and kindness;
                in... sincere love; in truthful speech and in the power of God;
                with weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the
