Our Prophet (saas) said: "There will be such troub les
and calam i ties that nobody will be able to find a place
of shel ter. These woes will move around Damascus, fall
upon Iraq, and tie the hands and feet of the Arabian
Peninsula. The com mu ni ty of Islam will fight against
troub les in the step pes. Nobody will feel any sym pa thy
for them or even say ‘Alas!' As they try to rem e dy their
woes on the one hand, they will emerge again on the
other."
