Jesus

Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Worship the Lord your God and
serve Him only.’" (Luke, 4:8)
Jesus said to him, "... Worship the Lord your God, and serve Him
only." (Matthew, 4:10)
... My dear friends, flee from idolatry. (1 Corinthians, 10:14)
For they themselves report what kind of reception you gave us. They
tell how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true
God... (1 Thessalonians, 1:9-10)
[Jesus:] "No servant can serve two masters... You cannot serve both
God and money." [May God forbid] (Luke, 16:13)
... If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!
No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love
the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You
cannot serve both God and money. (Matthew, 6:23-24)
