Network Partners PRIMARY ITO

Primary ITO’s core purpose is to work with businesses in the
primary industries to grow the capability of their people.
           2 Silver Partner
We do this through applied learning. Training and assessment
is designed to take place in the workplace which enables
team members to learn-on-the-job, while gaining real-world
                  industry experience.
We are also dedicated to attracting more people into our dairy
industry and demonstrating that a skilled and trained team
is key to managing and mitigating business risk and meeting
                  business goals.

Exclusivity: Agricultural Training and Education –
Primary ITO offers Level 2 through to Level 5, New Zealand
recognised qualifications (including NZ Diploma in
Agribusiness Management), and on-the-ground support for
                  both learners and employers.

Why PrimaryITO partner with Dairy Women’s
                  Network:
We are committed to helping dairy farmers around the
country get the most out of their business by staying
competitive, improving their business skills and farm practices.
And through NZ recognised Primary ITO qualifications, farmers
can up skill their teams, with the support of Primary ITO, and
by demonstrating career pathways to improve efficiency,
                  increase motivation and team retention.

Opportunities to work together at a regional level:
We have recently developed a Primary Industry Capability
Planner to support the capability conversation that our field
team have with our customers, and for each learner to have
their own blended learning and development “industry”
capability plan. Full details are to follow, as well as comments
from the Primary ITO “dairy” Regional Delivery Managers, on
how to continue to work collaboratively.
