Network Partners
How is it used?
Our field team undertook a series of training workshops in
August and September with their managers and are actively
using this tool in their day-to-day conversations.
Once on-farm, they understand firstly the business objectives, 2
and through their usual conversation with the manager
and learners, they identify learning ‘gaps’ to meet the
business objectives, and for each learner to reach their career
aspirations, and build individual capability plans
Capability plans are sent to the people manager and
learner and are kept updated during each of their on-farm
conversations.
The Primary ITO marketing team manage the content to
ensure all learning is up-to-date to meet industry needs from
industry partners such as Dairy Women’s Network.
