Cooking for Healing






















        Zucchini Fritters

         Looking for something heartier, but not heavier? These delicious fritters will hit

                                                        the spot!

        Ingredients                                            In a large bowl combine the zucchini, flour,

        1 ½ lbs. zucchini grated                               Parmesan, egg, garlic, and black pepper.
        1 tsp. salt                                            Mix well. Form 8 equally-sized balls that
