       Evening Lavender




                  Chamomile Tea

                 Making your own tea blends is a perfect ritual for relaxation. Lavender and
                  chamomile are every herbalist’s go-to herbs for promoting relaxation and
                 sleep. Stock up on these easy-to-find herbs for an easy evening tea made in
                                                  under five minutes.
        Ingredients                                             Notes:



        1 tsp dried lavender                                    Boiling water can be too harsh for the delicate
        1 tsp dried chamomile                                   flowers. Simmering is perfect.
        Tea ball or reusable tea bag
        Simmering water                                         Feel free to add honey.


        Instructions



        Place equal parts dried lavender and
        chamomile into the tea ball or tea bag. Place it
        in your favorite mug, and pour the simmering
        water over it. Steep for about 4-5 minutes.
