Chickpea Garlic Soup



















           This is a fast, easy, and delicious soup made with lots of garlic and very simple
                               pantry ingredients for a warm and filling meal!



        Ingredients:                                           Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium
        1 tbsp olive oil                                       heat. Add the garlic and cook for about

        3 - 4 large garlic cloves, minced or pressed one minute, until fragrant.
        1 tsp paprika

        1 tsp dried rosemary                                   Add the pureed chickpeas, the second can
        1/2 tsp dried thyme                                    of drained chickpeas, potato, and spices.
        1/4 tsp dried chili flakes                             Stir, then add the broth and stir again.
