Paprika Hummus




















         Hummus is a delicious dip for pita, crackers, or veggies. Homemade paprika

              hummus is easy and perfect for any parties, or just enjoyed as a snack!




        Ingredients:                                           Instructions:

        1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and
        rinsed                                                 In a food processor, combine chickpeas,
        3 tablespoons tahini                                   tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced

        2 tablespoons olive oil                                garlic, sweet paprika, and salt.
        1 tablespoon lemon juice

        1 clove garlic, minced                                 Blend until smooth, adding water as
        1 teaspoon sweet paprika                               needed for the desired consistency.
        Salt to taste

        Water                                                  Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.



                                                               Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
