harmony into your life. Qigong is an ancient practice that has been
practiced for over 4000 years. It works with your meridian lines that
carry your energy throughout the body. Using your breath to cultivate
energy and move it through these meridian lines, opens the pathway,
relieves the pain, and allows the body to heal.
