                                 Sunrise Tea






        1/2 tea spoon of your favorite green or black tea
        Possible additions - choose 1 option:

        lemon - 1 slice
        fresh mint leaves - 5-7
        hibiscus - 2-3 dried f owers
        Or add milk-  2-3 table spoons
        Steep for 5 minutes


        Tip: when steeped longer than 7 minutes, green or black tea gets
        bitter taste
