● Students who do not come in proper school uniform will be
considered defaulters.
● Due to unforeseen situations, student may come in casuals by
bringing a note from their Parents/Guardians which has to be
handed over to the class teacher; failing which he/she will not be
allowed to attend the classes on that date.

Important Information – For Parents & Students

Books and Stationery

Prescribed sets of textbooks will be available and should be acquired before
the term begins. Contact the school administration for any queries.
All textbooks should be properly covered and clearly labeled with the name
and details of the student.

General Information

Meetings
It is MANDATORY to attend -
● The PTM regularly as per the time
slots mentioned in the Parent Portal
by the class teacher.
● Parent Orientation at the beginning of the academic year.
● School functions/ Parent Engagement events.
● The meeting convened by the Principal/Vice Principal/ Coordinators
for discussions wherever necessary.
● Parents can meet subject teachers on any working second or fourth
Saturday.

Birthdays
● Please DO NOT send lavish take-away gifts/cakes/food on your
ward’s birthday.
● You may send ONLY toffees with your ward, to celebrate their
birthdays in school. Anything other than the said will be returned to
the parents. This is to ensure discipline is maintained in the
distribution of chocolates.
