● Inappropriate behavior in the bus will incur consequences; and
withdrawal of the bus facility could be one of those.

Private Transport
● Students travelling by private transport must ensure that they are
in the school by 7:50 am.
● Parents/guardians must present the Parent ID card to the teacher
on dispersal duty before picking up the child from the school.
Change in the mode of transport
● Please inform the school in writing and send an email to
communication@madeeasyschool.inabout any change in their
mode of transport.
● Verbal information, SMS or message through WhatsApp will NOT be
entertained or accepted.
● Change of bus route or early drop-offs will not be permitted as it
disrupts the smooth operation of the transportation facility.

School Meal Facility (Cafeteria)
● School Meal facility is available (Vegetarian
Meals). Students will be seated in the cafeteria
to have their breakfast and lunch.
● Meal menu is uploaded on the Parent Portal at
the beginning of each month. The menu has
been put together with adequate research on
dietary guidelines for growing students.
● The students have the option of school meals or bringing home food
(Vegetarian). NO request for opting out of school meals will be
entertained in the middle of the quarter.
● Request for delivering forgotten lunch boxes to the classrooms in the
middle of the day will not be entertained for safety reasons.
● Students opted for home cooked meals, have to bring fruits for the
fruit break and are not supposed to have junk food.
● If a child forgets their meal box, they can opt for
the meal facility from the school for that day by
paying ₹ 100. This facility can be availed for a
maximum of 3 days in a month. The information
needs to be sent to the Class Teacher along with
payment.
