● Students are allowed to come in casuals till Grade V.

ID Cards
● Student ID cards and Parent ID cards will be given to students at the
time of admission/ beginning of the new academic session.
● Loss/damage/re-issue of ID card, RFID card or change of guardian
should be reported and applied via email to the school with a
replacement fee of ₹ 100/- (per each card).
● ₹ 20 will be charged for the new string.
● Parents should carry the Parent ID card while visiting the school, at
the bus stop during pick up from the school bus.
● Walker’s parents/guardians must present their Parent ID Card at the
time of dispersal from the school.

Change in Address or Phone Numbers

 Please inform the school in writing and send an email to
communication@madeeasyschool.inabout any change in their
residential/office address, email Id or telephone numbers.
 Verbal information, SMS or message through WhatsApp will NOT be
entertained or accepted.
 Please keep the records updated or else the school cannot
communicate properly or reach you in case of any emergency.

Google Classroom (GCR)

Google Classroom (GCR) is a blended learning platform/Learning
Management System (LMS) used by our school to make learning interactive
and collaborative in synchronous and asynchronous modes.

Students need to use the Google Classroom using the school’s created
email Id to access resources, homework and assignments. GCR email id will
be shared by the school to parents’/ guardians’ registered email updated on
school records.
