Goodie Cookies
1/2 cup margarine softened
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup all purpose flour
Additional confectioner’s sugar for coating cookies
1. Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla until light and
fluffy.
2. Add half the nuts.
3. Blend in flour and remaining nuts.
4. Shape into small ovals on ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 10‐15 minutes.
6. When cool roll in confectioners sugar.
