                                                    Broccoli Salad


                                1 head broccoli cut into tiny pieces (Just use the flowers)

                                1 pound bacon, cut into small pieces and fried until crispy

                                                   1 red onion, chopped

                                        2 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese

                                           Dried cranberries, optional, to taste

                                            Sunflower seeds, optional, to taste



                                                   Dressing Ingredients

                                                     1 cup mayonnaise

                                                       1/2 cup sugar

                                                   3 tablespoons vinegar


                            1.  Add fried and cooled bacon to broccoli pieces in a large bowl.

                            2.  Add onion and cheese.

                            3.  Add optional ingredients as desired.

                            4.  Combine salad dressing ingredients and add to the salad.

                            5.  Toss until dressing is all through the salad.




                                                            Note:

                                            You can use half broccoli and half cauliflower
