                                                 Banana Nut Bread
                                                        3 cups flour
                                                    2 cups white sugar
                                                      1 teaspoon salt
                                                     1 teaspoon soda
                                                   1 teaspoon cinnamon
                                                    1 cup chopped nuts
                                                       3 eggs, beaten
                                                  1‐1 /2 cups vegetable oil
                                                  2 cups mashed bananas
                                         1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
                                                    2 teaspoons vanilla
                         1.  Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda, cinnamon and then stir in nuts.
                         2.  In a separate bowl, mix together, beaten eggs, oil, bananas,
                            drained pineapple, and vanilla.
                         3.  Add to the flour mixture and mix well.
                         4.  Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pans.
                         5.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
