Coconut Macaroons
1/2 cup sugar
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 cups shredded coconut
1. Whisk sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt until mixed well and frothy.
2. Add coconut and stir to get all coconut covered with frothy mixture.
3. Make into balls about 1” in diameter and place on parchment paper on
cookie sheet.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15‐25 minutes (until browned to your liking.)
