Broccoli Cheese Casserole
This is a favorite dish at Thanksgiving
2 Blocks (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli florets
1 Block (10 oz.) reduced fat Velveeta (cut into cubes)
1 Stick Butter
1 sleeve reduced fat Town House crackers (crushed)
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Grease or spray a 2 quart casserole dish.
3. Cook broccoli according to package directions and then drain.
4. Add cheese cubes to broccoli and stir until cheese is melted and mixed
well with broccoli.
5. Place cheese and broccoli in casserole dish.
6. Melt 1 stick of butter in cheese broccoli pot and add crackers.
7. Mix well to coat the crackers with butter.
8. Top Broccoli cheese mixture with buttered cracker crumbs.
9. Bake at 350 for 20‐30 minutes or until bubbly and cracker crumbs
begin to turn golden brown.
