                                                 Piña Colada Cake




                                             1 box (18 ounce) yellow cake mix

                                       1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk

                            1 can (12 ounce) Coco Lopez Pina Colada nonalcoholic drink mix

                                        1 container (12 ounce) Cool Whip topping

                                           1 package (6 ounce) grated coconut

                             Optional: 1 can crushed pineapple (enough to spread over cake)




                   1. Prepare yellow cake mix according to package directions in 13" x 9" pan.

                   2. Remove from oven and while cake is still hot, poke lots of holes in the surface

                       with fork.

                   3. Combine condensed milk and coco Lopez.

                   4. Spread mixture over top of cake. Do this fairly slowly so that it has a chance
                       to soak evenly into the holes.

                   5. Wait 20 minutes.

                   6. Spread crushed pineapple over top of cake. (optional)

                   7. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with coconut.


                   8. Enjoy! Be sure to refrigerate this cake!
