                                        Special ingredients for eggrolls




































                   I usually buy these two ingredients in an Asian grocery store, but a well stocked grocery might have them.
                   The noodles will be like threads wound around in a clump. Don’t forget to chop them after soaking. You
                    want the type of spring roll wrappers that are usually in the freezer section. You don’t want the ones that
                   look like paper and are soaked. You want the ones meant for frying. These are thinner than eggroll
                   wrappers, but if you can’t find them, you can use regular egg roll wrappers in a pinch.
