In late 2019, Travis McElvany received an RFP for P&C Brokerage Services from a
$2.5 billion publicly traded bank in American Fork Utah. During the RFP process,
Travis and his team developed a solid relationship with the General Counsel and
CFO. As part of the P&C RFP response and broker interview process, Travis used
“HUB Total Value Build” (HTVB) – a presentation strategy that outlines the rationale
