Rokstone Wrap-Up Program:
Newly formed MGU offering competitively priced primary GL-Only Wrap Ups, Project Specific
and Owners Only policies for most classes of non-frame construction projects, including
heavy civil, street & road, general building, infrastructure, energy, mixed-use, retail,
apartments, and condos with construction values of 50M or greater. Writing company is HGI
Global Specialty, A+ non-admitted carrier who is limiting retail broker appointments, giving
the HUB Construction Practice an important competitive edge. Third party Wrap-up
administrative support available as well.

Allianz Builders Risk Program:
HUB has partnered up with Allianz to offer Builders Risk policies for small to medium size
projects with capacity up to 30M for Non-Combustible or better construction. We have pre-
negotiated rates and coverage terms that are competitive and extensive in coverage scope
including Nat Cat perils in all 50 states. Appetite is broad for ground-up, vertical construction
projects including condos, hotels, office, retail, industrial & commercial. Quick quote/bind
turnaround time with a complete submission.
Both programs are managed from our HUB Special Projects Office by Tiffany Cunniff,
Director-Special Programs.

The Specialty Practices Won a Stevie Award!

The Stevie Awards are a set of hundreds of business
awards given annually by the American Business
Awards organization. The award recognizes the
accomplishments and contributions of companies
and business people worldwide.
Sales Force Development submitted an application
for a Stevie on behalf of the Specialty Practice
corporate team to the American Business Awards
under the category of Sales & Customer Service. The
awards took place in Las Vegas, NV this past Friday.

Specialist, Specialty Practices received the award on
behalf of the entire team: Chris Treanor – President,
Todd Macumber – President, Caesar Mistretta – CSO,
Shiv Sinha – Knowledge Manager, Michelle Kuipers –
Strategic Resource Manager, and Kelley Leggett –
Strategic Resource Manager.
The team won gold!
