ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Corporate Planning Division, Institute of Quality Management,
Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), would like to express its heartfelt gratitude
and appreciation to all parties that have contributed to the development of
the UUM Strategic Plan Phase III (2021-2025), namely Board of Directors,
University Management Committee, Senate, Vice-Chancellor, Deputy
Vice-Chancellors, Deans, Heads of Departments, Professors’ Council and
Associations’ Presidents.
It is hoped that this Plan can inspire UUM denizens to strive towards
materialising UUM’s vision, ‘to be an Eminent Management University’.
