OPERATIONAL DEFINITION
Number of internal staff, academic and non-academic, who meet the following expertise criteria:
1) Certification & Recognition:
i. Has a PhD in entrepreneurship; or
ii. Has obtained recognition/certification as entrepreneurship/business professional from
nationally or
internationally accredited institutions, such as MoHE, AKEPT, Cambridge Judge Business
School, Harvard University, MIT, Stanford USA, etc; or
iii. Has undergone attachment or cross-placement program in industry/SMEs for more than two 327
months; and
2) Contribution:
i. Assist or become an advisor and mentor to students’ businesses and entrepreneurial projects;
and
ii. Assist or become an advisor and mentor to SMEs/community businesses.
Note: Calculations are cumulative. Instructors / mentors who are no longer serving the institution
cannot be taken into account.
