OPERATIONAL DEFINITION

Percentage of absolute attrition equals to the number of full-time students who have dropped out
from their programme divided by the original number of students in their cohort when they
first joined the programme. Attrition is defined as departure prior to completion of a degree
or other credentials as at year of evaluation.
