            RESULTS





                                         KPI 1 | INVESTMENT FUNDING


               Due diligence is advanced at the time of this report, and the investors and  Aman are concluding the Hotel
               Management Agreement’s detailed terms and establishing the final levels of Aman investment into the project.









                                         KPI 2 | LAND USE RIGHTS ACQUISITION




               A step plan for the transitional ownership of the Balule DUAT from the Karingani Founders to the incoming land
               investment and development group continues to be undertaken in alignment with the incoming investment group’s
               due diligence for the Node A acquisition.









                                KPI 3 | BRAND OPERATOR DILIGENCE

                                AND COMMITMENT


               Milton Group continue to work through due diligence with Aman, including performance proformas, occupancy
               forecasts, sales and marketing strategies and Aman’s desire to invest directly into the project.








                                         KPI 4 | DELIVERY




               As Aman have considered an investment into this project, construction cost plans and sustainable development
               guidelines have been shared with the Aman development team. These principles of sustainable construction will
               form a term of reference when selecting and appointing the professional team at the time of project funding being
               in place.
