KPI 1 | INVESTMENT FUNDING

Milton Group are engaged in due diligence with an interested international brand and are arranging for the interested
party to visit site within the period of the next report. This site visit and further discussion has been impacted by travel
restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

KPI 2 | LAND USE RIGHTS ACQUISITION

A similar step plan to the Node A investment, land use rights transfer is being procured in 2021 to allow for a land
use transfer plan to be developed for Node B.

KPI 3 | BRAND OPERATOR DILIGENCE

AND COMMITMENT

A Data room has been set up with access provided to the interested party. Due diligence is currently underway. The
field inspection is delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

KPI 4 | DELIVERY

Formalisation will be subject to completion of management agreements.
