KPI 1 | ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN
December 2020 Infrastructure Report
In Q4 2021 an infrastructure methodology and budgeting exercise was conducted to study the necessary utility
and infrastructure networks required to deliver market-ready development nodes in preparation for sale to third-
party developers and operators.
This asset management strategy covered roads, water, power, telecoms and waste management, and established
design methodologies, sustainability objectives, phased delivery approaches and cost estimates for the delivery of
the bulk utility infrastructure required to run a high-end tourism and real estate development in this location.
The document defines the responsibility split between the Founders and incoming developers for the delivery
and ongoing maintenance of infrastructure and will form the basis of detailed sales, operations and maintenance
agreements to be drafted as part of the closing transaction for Node A.
KPI 2 | LEVY PROGRAMME
A conservation levy program has been formulated and adopted and will be applied to help offset operational costs
of land stewardship and conservation efforts at Karingani. These levy programmes have been shared with parties
interested in Nodes A and B.
KPI 3 | HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
CONSTITUTION
The signed Karingani Homeowners Association Constitution continues to act as a guiding set of principles for the
future stewardship of Karingani.
