There is a focus on employing locally to positively impact the local economy, transfer skills and grow a strong reliable
workforce for future Karingani development projects.
A total of 48 semi-permanent jobs have been created, broken down as follows:

12% remaining in the local Massingir community. This shift from the 50% completion report was largely due to the
requirement of imported specialist finishing material.
